1. About Palma

Palma is an online store operating out of Uzbekistan that sells PUBG Mobile UC (in-game currency) top-ups, delivered directly to your PUBG Mobile Player ID.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create a Palma account and place orders. If you are under 16, you may only use Palma with the consent and direct involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the account and any payments made from it.

3. Your account

You can sign in with email and password, Google, or Telegram, and link additional methods to the same account. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you register, and keep it up to date.

4. What you're buying

Each Palma order is for a single UC pack type, delivered to one Player ID — there is no shopping cart, and you can order up to five units of the same pack per order. UC is a digital, in-game currency and is delivered electronically; once credited to your account it cannot be returned to us.

5. Your Player ID is your responsibility

UC is credited to the exact Player ID you enter at checkout. Double-check it before placing your order — we deliver to the ID you give us, and a top-up sent to the wrong ID because of a typo cannot be recovered or refunded.

6. Prices and currency

Prices are shown in the currency associated with your country (Uzbek Som, Russian Ruble, or US Dollar) and are set at our discretion. A particular pack may not be available for purchase in every currency; if it isn't available in yours, you won't be able to order it. The currency and amount charged are fixed at the moment your order is created and don't change afterward, even if our prices or exchange rates change later.

7. Ordering and payment

Palma does not accept card payments directly. To pay, you make a peer-to-peer bank or card transfer to the payment method details we show you, then upload a receipt (a photo or PDF) as proof. We review and confirm receipts manually.

• An order left unpaid is automatically cancelled after 60 minutes.
• If a receipt is rejected, you can upload a new one for the same order.
• UC is credited only after your payment is confirmed and processed.

8. Delivery

Once your payment is confirmed, your order moves through review to crediting. Delivery is manual and typically fast, but we don't guarantee a specific delivery time. You can track your order's status from your account at any time.

9. Cancellations and refunds

An unpaid order can be cancelled automatically or by you. Once payment is confirmed but before UC is credited, an order may still be cancelled and refunded at our discretion. Once UC has been credited to your Player ID, the order is final and cannot be refunded — UC is a digital good that, once delivered, cannot be taken back. If your order is refunded, any PalmaCoins spent on it are returned to your balance.

10. PalmaCoins

PalmaCoins are a loyalty balance you earn on completed orders and can redeem for a discount on future purchases, subject to minimum and maximum limits we set. PalmaCoins are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for currency. They are credited only once an order is fully delivered, and are returned to your balance if an order using them is later cancelled or refunded. We may change the earn rate, redemption limits, or discontinue the program at any time; PalmaCoins already credited to your account are unaffected by such a change.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit a fake, altered, or otherwise fraudulent payment receipt
• Dispute or reverse a payment (chargeback) after receiving your UC
• Use Palma for any unlawful purpose, or to circumvent PUBG Mobile's own terms
• Attempt to resell UC purchased through Palma as your own top-up service
• Use bots, scripts, or automation to place orders

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these rules, and cancel any associated orders.

12. Reviews

Reviews shown on Palma are drawn from a public Telegram group. By posting there, you grant us permission to display your message and display name on our homepage. We may hide or remove a review, including one that is abusive, spam, or otherwise inappropriate.

13. Trademarks

PUBG Mobile and UC are trademarks of their respective owners. Palma is an independent top-up service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by KRAFTON, Level Infinite, or the publishers of PUBG Mobile.

14. Availability and changes

We may add, remove, or change the packs, payment methods, and currencies available at any time, and we may update these Terms as Palma evolves. We'll update the “Last updated” date above whenever we do.

15. Limitation of liability

Palma is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including delays in delivery, or in-game consequences of a top-up sent to an incorrect Player ID that you provided.

16. Suspension and account closure

We may suspend or close your account if we reasonably believe you've violated these Terms. There is no self-service account deletion — contact support and we will close your account for you, retaining only the order records we're required to keep (see our Privacy Policy).

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

18. Changes to these Terms

Continuing to use Palma after we update these Terms means you accept the updated version.
